A report will be provided by an orthodontic specialist outlining the case complexity with aligners and any challenges which may be encountered during treatment.
Comprehensive case follow-up and support ($340 CAD)
5 sessions of phone or video call support with all treatment setups (Clin-check or equivalent) for one patient for a period of 2 years.

Who can use your orthodontic consulting services?
Our orthodontic consulting services are exclusively available to licensed general dentists and dental specialists practicing in Quebec and New Brunswick. We do not provide direct-to-patient orthodontic consulting services.
Do you work directly with patients?
No. Our consulting services are designed specifically for dental professionals. The treating dentist maintains the doctor-patient relationship and remains responsible for all clinical decisions and treatment delivery.
Which types of orthodontic cases can you help with?
We assist with a wide range of orthodontic cases, including clear aligner treatment planning, Invisalign® troubleshooting, crowding, spacing, deep bites, open bites, crossbites, impacted teeth, mixed dentition cases, surgical orthodontic planning, retention concerns, and interdisciplinary restorative cases.
Can you help with Invisalign® treatment planning?
Yes. We regularly provide support for Invisalign® and clear aligner cases, including ClinCheck® review, attachment optimization, IPR planning, refinement strategies, staging concerns, tracking issues, and overall treatment predictability.
How do I submit a case for review?
Our workflow is fully digital and designed to be simple and efficient. Dentists can submit intraoral scans, clinical photographs, panoramic and cephalometric radiographs, along with treatment objectives or specific questions. After reviewing the records, we provide customized orthodontic recommendations tailored to the case.
Do you accept referrals outside Quebec and New Brunswick?
At this time, our orthodontic consulting services are limited to dentists practicing in Quebec and New Brunswick in order to ensure appropriate regulatory compliance, communication, and continuity of care.
Can you provide a second opinion before I start treatment?
Absolutely. Many dentists use our consulting services for case validation and treatment planning before initiating orthodontic treatment.
Do you offer virtual orthodontic consultations?
Yes. Our consulting workflow is fully digital, allowing us to collaborate remotely with dental offices
Will my patient need to be referred out?
Not necessarily. Our goal is to help dentists confidently manage appropriate orthodontic cases within their own practices whenever possible. If a case requires specialist treatment beyond the scope of in-office management, we can also provide referral recommendations.
Do you provide continuing education or mentorship?
Yes. We also offer orthodontic mentorship and continuing education opportunities focused on clear aligners, treatment planning, digital workflows, and practical orthodontic management for general dentists.
